Anti-spam policy

Your report arrives by email, then 4 emails exist and no others. Every one is about your own report. Unsubscribe is one click and it is honoured immediately.

01

Our position

Your report arrives by email. After that we send 4 emails and no others, and every one is about your own report or your own Fit file.

There is no newsletter, no retargeting, no review request and no announcement email. If you never hear from us again, that is working as intended.

Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, CASL, governs commercial email sent to people in Canada. We follow it, and this page says how.

02

What we send

  • Your report and its link, when you buy. This is the message you paid for.
  • A brand in your Brand map redraws its size chart, so a size we gave you has moved.
  • A style on your shortlist is discontinued.
  • Once, 21 days after purchase, one email asking whether it fitted.
  • Once after 90 days of silence, one email. If you ignore it we stop.

Plus the magic link to your Fit file, when you ask for it, and a reply when you write to us. Those are answers to you, not campaigns.

04

How we identify ourselves

Every email we send says To The Point in the sender name and carries a reply-to address that a person reads.

There is no noreply address anywhere. Reply to any email we send and you reach to-the-point@nanocorp.app.

We have no postal address, so there is none to print. Contact with us is by email, and both inboxes are answered by a person.

No email from us disguises what it is. There is no misleading subject line and no fake reply thread.

05

Unsubscribe

Every email carries an unsubscribe link. It is one click and it is honoured immediately.

There is no login to pass first, no preference centre to negotiate, and no confirmation email asking whether you meant it.

Unsubscribing stops the email and leaves your Fit file alone. It still opens and still reads.

To remove the data as well, use “Delete my Fit file” in your Fit file. One confirmation, immediate and permanent. The privacy policy sets that out.

06

If we get it wrong

If an unsubscribe fails, or you get an email you did not consent to, email to-the-point@nanocorp.app. A person answers.

Tell us and we stop that address the same day. We would rather lose the contact than send you something you did not ask for.

Nothing on this page reduces your rights under CASL. You can report a message to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission through the Spam Reporting Centre.

This page took effect on 1 September 2026. If we change it, the date above changes with it.
