Terms of service

We are To The Point. We sell written fit advice and nothing else. We hold no stock and we sell no garments.

You can reach us at to-the-point@nanocorp.app for anything about the company, and to-the-point@nanocorp.app for anything about a report. A person reads and answers both. We have no noreply address and no postal address, so all contact with us is by email.

There are 3 things to buy, and no others.

• Fit Report, $19. Your true size, your Fit notes, your Brand map, your shortlist per Look, Where to buy each style, and knicker guidance.
• Mother & Daughter Report, $29. The same document for two people, in clinical language throughout, with no Looks layer.
• Re-fit, $9. A fresh verdict built on an existing Fit file.

Every charge is one-time. There is no subscription, nothing recurring, and no tiers. Prices are in USD.

The Size check and the verdict it gives you are free. You do not need an account or a card to get your true size.

We owe you a report that answers your body honestly. If only 3 brands cut your band, the report says 3, and it names them.

We do not pad a shortlist to look generous. A short answer is the answer when a short answer is true.

We are not a medical service. We measure, we explain the mechanics, and we name garments. We do not diagnose anything.

There is no account to create and no password to lose. Your Fit file opens by magic link sent to your email.

Keep that link to yourself. Anyone holding it can read your Fit file. Email us at to-the-point@nanocorp.app and we will issue a new one and retire the old.

If a report missed, tell us what went wrong in one sentence and we rebuild it. No proof, no photograph, no receipt.

You get 3 free Re-fits, then a Re-fit is $9. The screen shows the count before you use one, so you always know where you stand.

A report that failed through our fault never counts against your 3 free Re-fits.

You get one refund per person, ever, and after it your email and card can no longer buy from us.

Your Fit file stays yours after a refund, and it stays readable. You keep the measurements, the confirmed fits and the ruled-out styles.

You must be 18 or older to buy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian buys on your behalf and is the customer.

The Mother and Daughter Report is bought by the parent or guardian, who enters both sets of measurements and receives the whole document. We never contact a child and we never hold a child’s email address.

We do not knowingly take measurements for a child under 12. Tell us if we have and we will delete the file the same day.

Everything we sell is about how a garment is built and how it fits. It is not a medical opinion, a diagnosis, or a substitute for one.

If you have pain, a lump, a skin condition, a recent surgery or a pregnancy, see a doctor. We can tell you why a wire sits wrong. We cannot tell you why something hurts.

To The Point operates from Alberta, Canada. These terms are governed by the law of Alberta and the law of Canada that applies in it.

Nothing here takes away a consumer right you have under Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act, or under any other law that applies where you live. Where a term of ours conflicts with such a right, that right wins and our term does not.

Prices are in United States dollars and the price on the page is the whole price. We add nothing at checkout: no fee, no handling charge, no surprise. Your own bank may convert the amount at its rate and may add its own foreign transaction fee, which is between you and your bank.

Measure honestly. A report built on a bust measurement taken over a padded bra will be wrong, and that is not a miss we can fix.

A report is written for one person. Do not resell it, republish it, or pass it off as your own fitting service.

Your Share code is yours to send in your own words. We never mail an address you give us for someone else.

The reports, the Fit notes, the Brand map and the writing on this site belong to To The Point.

Your measurements, your answers and your Fit file belong to you. Read the privacy policy for what we do with them.

We never ask you for a review, and we never trade a discount, a refund or a Re-fit for one.

We quote a customer only with her written permission, and never in exchange for money.

Two things close checkout. Taking your one refund closes it permanently. Reselling a report closes it too.

In both cases your Fit file still opens and still reads. We answer once by email, in plain words, and then we stop.

Email to-the-point@nanocorp.app and a person answers. That is the first step and usually the last.

If you are in Canada, nothing on this page reduces your statutory rights under PIPEDA or CASL. Those rights stand whatever we have written here.

Your consumer protection rights under the law where you live are not reduced by these terms either.

If we change these terms we change the date at the top of this page.

The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones published on the day you bought. A later change does not reach backwards.
